The property at 1000 E Atwater Ave (currently operating as an illegally zoned fraternity) is also apparently being used as a public urinal. I have seen three separate individuals urinating on the wall of the house that faces our driveway. As tax paying home owners, we would prefer. to see this (or to deal with associated health hazards). Is this not a ticketable offense - public intoxication and/or indecency? Please take action. On behalf of the entire neighborhood of Elm heights, please take action. Thank you.

For the entire 12 years we have lived next door to our neighbor, Roger Reading, 2403 N. Browncliff Ln., he has left piles of trash and inoperable cars on his property. We have asked him many times to clean it up, and he occasionally has complied, only to resume using his driveway and surrounding area as his open trash can and junkyard. He fills the unused cars with trash, throws trash on the ground (sometimes right next to trash and recycling bins), animals get into it and spread it around, etc. The current tally of neglected cars is 6--one in his open garage, surrounded by garbage, and five in his driveway (part of which we share as easement to Browncliff). I was once also in his home as per his invitation to help him locate a waterline break. It is also filled with trash and is in a state of utter disrepair. The one photo you allow me to attach does not come close to doing justice to the extent of this mess. We are tired of allowing him to affect our sanitation and property values. A rental at the corner of Mitchell and 2nd St has many bags of open garbage that are smelling up the neighborhood. Sanitation probably didn't pick it up because of the amount of garbage. Who is supposed to contact the realtor or renters? The situation is horrible.

Neighbor isn't using his city appointed trash bins, leaves them on his back porch. Animals get into them/wind blows his trash into my yard. Been this way about a year. I have more video/photos to prove it.
