The resident is piling yard waste at the front corner of their lot for the past 6 months. It may be on City ROW. It is very unsightly. The caller has talked to them about the mess but to no avail. Please see attached e-mail.

I let her know that HAND would be back thru on 2/23 to check status of trash compilation. She was going to take up problem with landlord today. L. Hays
