Dear HAND. The house on the corner of Atwater and High Street (316) has several large bags with trash on the front porch. They have been there for weeks. Overflowing trash cans out front; trash bags in back look like animals have been into them.
This is a citizen complaint e-mail: Please, have someone go to 607 S. Eastside Drive. There is trash in an overflowing can and a bag next to the can that has been ripped open. Whatever action you take, must not deter the people who live there because this is not the first time I have complained about this house.
"The trash however, is at the back of the house, which backs up on the Clifton and 1st St corner."
Received email complaint from adjacent property owner, along with a picture regarding the trash on lawn left by tenants after a yard sale. Sign stated that tenants were moving out of the state.
Received email from neighbor regarding trash bins and refuse in yard. Neighbor has complained in the past about similar problem.
Received email from the planning dept. The uncontainered trash bags around the back wall of 809 S. Fess are an increasing nuisance on our block. When I complain to the students, they clean up the alley a bit but do not put out their trash weekly. The raccoons, rats, ect. get into it and carry bits of garbage around the back alley, where my toddler and I like to walk. This week is a typical example of what is lying around back there.
