There is a seemingly unoccupied "plex" at 1410 W 15th St with open trash and recycling bins by the street. Trash is strewn all over the lot and the adjoining properties are messed up too--for at least 3 weeks, maybe more.

Trash: "We are located at the corner of Washington and Kirkwood. We have complained over and over about the trash from the Chinese restaurant behind us. It is an eyesore to our community. Hello, I am sorry to keep pestering you about this but nothing has changed at 3321 N. Valleyview Drive here in Bloomington. There are several trash bags in the front yard as well as other trash. It looks like animals have helped make the mess a bit worse. Could you please work with the proper authorities and city services to clean up the mess and levee liens against the property as well as continue to reach out to the home owner to get this mess cleaned up?
