From Police: The police department has had several complaints from this apartment complex reference drugs, disturbing the peace, fights, as well as other calls. When I was there I noticed that the complex was littered with a large amount of trash. I believe about ½ of the complex is abandoned. It would help us if HAND got involved with code violations. The tenants at this address recently moved out. They have left trash on the front porch that is rotting and leaking everywhere. She has also left items at the back garage as well. They are worried about rodents.

My neighbor, directly across the street from me, has want looks like the entire contents of a restaurant sitting on this driveway, in front of his house and on the side of his house. This is in addition to 2 or 3 vehicles that do not run. The mess really needs to be cleaned up – it really looks terrible and property values are suffering. tenants at this house leave their trash out in the backyard for weeks at a time without trash cans. this has caused a rodent problem.
