Dear HAND. The house on the corner of Atwater and High Street (316) has several large bags with trash on the front porch. They have been there for weeks. E-mail: There is an unbelievable amount of trash stacked around the house and I worry that come warmer weather, this is going to create, not only a horrible smell, but a refuge for rodents. My neighbor, directly across the street from me, has want looks like the entire contents of a restaurant sitting on this driveway, in front of his house and on the side of his house. This is in addition to 2 or 3 vehicles that do not run. The mess really needs to be cleaned up – it really looks terrible and property values are suffering. If you are not the correct department to contact about this problem would you please put in contact with the correct department?
