Received email complaint from adjacent property owner, along with a picture regarding the trash on lawn left by tenants after a yard sale. Sign stated that tenants were moving out of the state.

Received email from the planning dept. The uncontainered trash bags around the back wall of 809 S. Fess are an increasing nuisance on our block. When I complain to the students, they clean up the alley a bit but do not put out their trash weekly. The raccoons, rats, ect. get into it and carry bits of garbage around the back alley, where my toddler and I like to walk. This week is a typical example of what is lying around back there. E-mail: There is an unbelievable amount of trash stacked around the house and I worry that come warmer weather, this is going to create, not only a horrible smell, but a refuge for rodents. I'm not sure what you all can do about it but I know that they have been talked to in the past. Former complaint entered 6/17/09 - Ticket #64058
