There is a growing pile of garbage behind and alongside the house of 501 S. Mitchell. This adjoins a walkway that links two parts of Hunter Ave and it's just above a waterway that feeds into Jordan River. Reporter is concerned about rats and other sanitation issues that could occur if left untreated.

Trash: "We are located at the corner of Washington and Kirkwood. We have complained over and over about the trash from the Chinese restaurant behind us. It is an eyesore to our community. Hello, I am sorry to keep pestering you about this but nothing has changed at 3321 N. Valleyview Drive here in Bloomington. There are several trash bags in the front yard as well as other trash. It looks like animals have helped make the mess a bit worse. Could you please work with the proper authorities and city services to clean up the mess and levee liens against the property as well as continue to reach out to the home owner to get this mess cleaned up? It is 3321 N Valleyview Dr in Fritz Terrace. I drove by yesterday and it looks like the trash that had been strewn on the front driveway has been moved to the north side of the house and covered with tarp.
