Dumpster always overflowing on the south side of the building. Only 3 sides enclosed on the dumpster allowing trash to blow onto the yard at 610 S. Grant St. Mr. Hollars mowes the lawn at 610 S. Grant and is tired of always picking up the trash.

Between 320 S Grant and the Boys Club there is a dumpster over filled with trash. There are old couches and mattresses, beer bottles, and various other trash items strewn around the area.
No notice left/per resident: Missed pick-up/trash; Was putting in alley, we told her to put curbside - she says she did but we still did not get trash - still out
