Trash in yard. Sanitation is aware, but they're not sure if they can pick it up since the neighborhood trash truck has the "trash can arm" and trash is not in can. Please take a look. Neighbors stated they do not want it blowing all over the neighborhood.

Both Joy and Je d Streets have a number of yards with trash all about, not picked up for a couple of weeks
tractors, discarded vehicles, lots of trash mostly on south side of street (although the north side has some, too.) caller would like to know what can be done about it.
