Residents at 415 S. Woodlawn Ave. stated that the Subway on Woodlawn has a lot of trash out side in the dumpster inclosure and they have seen rats.

No notice left/ Everytime the crews come, they leave trash everywhere. Huge mess. Says crews are very sloppy. Says you can stop by if you don't believe her.
