Police Dept. called spoke w/ Susie Re: Illegal Dumping in dumpster located at 1130 W. Kirkwood, this has beening going on for several months. The peole dumping in her dumpster are Darel and Loretta Ruble who live at 1208 1/2 W. Kirkwood Ave. 47404. She has proof that they are the people dumping.

This lot backs up to Acuff Road. The resident called to say there is brush, old fencing and some debris on the backside of 1150 W. Sugarberry Court (the area near the sidewalk and Acuff Road) that needs to be cleaned up. He thinks the lot is still owned by the developer.
