recyclables on sidewalk for at least two weeks. caller states that he thinks this is now vacant.
Trash is a problem at the address and they moved it to the basement and animals got into it. The tenants at this address leave thier basement door open and the trash can be seen from outside. The also do not mow thier lawn.
Trash problem between the 400-500 block of W. 2nd.

Sanitation did not pick up recycling due to sanitary napkins in the bin. Larry would like someone to go to this address.

Ms. Peterson called to inform that the property of 1209 1/2 N. Crescent Road has car batteries laying in the grass and brush pile. She would like to be contacted regarding an update after the inspection.
There are several bags of trash in the 1500 block of North Woodburn that are not tagged and have been sitting there for a couple of days. The citizen is concerned that animals will get into the bags.
