Trash in yard. Sanitation is aware, but they're not sure if they can pick it up since the neighborhood trash truck has the "trash can arm" and trash is not in can. Please take a look. Neighbors stated they do not want it blowing all over the neighborhood.
Trash and junk all over front and back yard. Door kicked in most of the time, needles in yard. Entered for title 6 trash and junk for HAND. Possible unsafe. Will contact Health department for needles.

Mattresses outside. Property owner scheduled sanitation to pick up, but due to condition of mattresses, it was stated they are not going to touch them.
