Neighbor is complaining about the rumpke dumpster that has been out in the front of this house for weeks now. They have also put the hot water heater out on the sidewalk and it has been there for 2 weeks.
Friday B-not picked up due to snow/ Missed pick-up/recycling: Resident states the entire street recycling has not been picked up.

THE RESIDENT HAS LEFT THEIR TRASH OUT FOR SEVERAL DAYS. THERE ARE SEVERAL BAGS ON THE SIDEWALK.
Called Martin/Taken care of. Crew threw trash can over snow bank into yard. Elderly couple cannot retrieve cans. CF
Other/Trash: Lady said the 4 bags are tagged. She moved the bags off the sidewalk to the corner vacant lot. Will you pick them up?

MR. TIM FROM I.U. called to state that trash cans were left out by residents of 312 S. Henderson after the trash was collected causing the sidewalk to be blocked.
Trash and garbage on the sidewalk and bins full of garbage in backyard. He says the yard is a general mess.
