Trash along the north side of the house. It has been there long enough that you can smell it from the sidewalk.

Tenant says parking lot and grassy areas have trash scattered all over. Large chunks glass from a broken window in front of units 5,6, 13 & 14. Much is now covered by snow, but can see glass if you get out of vehicle (be careful where you park). Tenant reported problem to landlord, but he said it is not his problem.
