Trash and junk all over front and back yard. Door kicked in most of the time, needles in yard. Entered for title 6 trash and junk for HAND. Possible unsafe. Will contact Health department for needles.
Yard trash, it is "disaster."
Mattresses outside. Property owner scheduled sanitation to pick up, but due to condition of mattresses, it was stated they are not going to touch them.
