Our trash did not get picked up this Thursday (10/28/21). There were two bags of trash inside. All trash was bagged and the trash bin was placed on the curb the night before and 4+ feet from any other objects.
I own four apartments at 813-819 S Washington through Yukon Properties, LLC. We recently received a notice about trash cans not being timely removed from street side. Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans. After trash pickup today the dumpster had a large glob of what looked like black grease on it. The dumpster needs to be replaced.
Someone stole my trash cart within the past several days. How can I get it replaced? (And who steals a trash cart anyway?! Good grief.)
The sanitation department has once again strewn recylables in the 700 block of South Park. It would be nice if this time someone actually cleaned it up, rather than merely noting that someone has been sent to clean it up.

My wife is disabled and I travel (overnight) during the week. She has muscular dystrophy and is unable to handle the carts. We are on an alley and have a gated section of our privacy fence for trash cans that is right on the alley. Would it be possible for the workers to place the carts back in the gated area for the trash cans so they are not out in the open weekdays?
I left my old trashcans on the curb yesterday for them to be taken away. They took my old recycle containers but did not take my old trashcans.
