Citizen called in and stated that a pile of trash bags with no stickers attached has been sitting at the edge of the drive off of 4th Street for 2 weeks.

Hand employee called in saying that the resident got her days mixed up and she had lots of stuff to be picked up and could we do a courtesy pick up. She had a couch, chair plus her trash. We got it picked up that day.

There was a misunderstanding about how big trash cans could be and the amount of trash in container not to exceed 40 pounds. This is a group home. We did send a man out and got trash.
