Resident has already been sent a letter by Shelby Walker advising that their trash needs to be contained in a can since the bags are ripped open every week and trash is all over yards and in the road. Sanitation crew usually cleans this up for residents between 703-709 Keystone and takes the trash. However, today crew left trash behind with another notice advising that they would not pick up loose trash.

Resident called in later stating that sticker was stolen. We provided her with one courtesy pickup but advised that we would not be able to do it again. Also advised resident that she should make BPD aware of the fact that someone is stealing her stickers.
