It is 3321 N Valleyview Dr in Fritz Terrace. I drove by yesterday and it looks like the trash that had been strewn on the front driveway has been moved to the north side of the house and covered with tarp. Our neighbor's house is radiating terrible smells. I think they are stock piling trash or kitty litter yet again (see the history of this house). I saw a pile of something near their back door.

My neighbors have built up a huge pile of trash over the winter. This happens all the time - they will not take their trash out and it stinks up the entire neighborhood until the city gets involved and fines them or cleans up the property. The trash is in the back and front of the house.
