Resident has been written up five times recently and has been sent to HAND once. Resident continues to place trash at curb with no sticker/tag and also places trash out that exceeds 40 pound limit in an unacceptable container.

Officer Jeff Alwine left a msg on my phone about trash behind Qiasar Rugs. Tenants have moved out and did not have enough containers for the trash so it is piled up in the alley. Sears and Son will not pick up trash outside the containers.

Large amount of trash. If you can not see it from the road you can go to 526 N. Grant and see it behind the mail box.
