Good morning. We are at 430 S Westwood Drive, 47403. The neighbors behind us on Village Court continue to use the easement as a garbage dump. At present, there are broken window screens, discarded lawn furniture and other trash items. I would also like to report minor graffiti on the broken down wooden fence that is on their side of the easement. It is our hope these property owners would keep these rental properties in better condition and inform their tenants the easement is not their personal garbage dump. Thank you for your time and consideration.

1807 E Second. Overflowing trash can, bags with trash next to trashcan. Signs that small critters have already been rummaging through it.Plus unkempt lawn, but that is being worked on by another department.

Late last month I made arrangements to have the city sanitation service pick up two old dehumidifiers this morning. Unfortunately when I got up this morning to set them out, I discovered I had no garbage stickers. (I put my garbage can out only about once every three months so I hadn't noticed). I deeply regret having made this mistake, and hope you will forgive me. I will call the sanitation office to reschedule a pickup in August or September. Thank you.

Residents of 712 W 6th Street have left a sofa, a mattress, and miscellaneous items street side, with sheets of paper indicating that items are "free". They have been outside for over a week, sometimes block the sidewalk, and are accumulating mold and filth. Furthermore, paper stating that the items are free are NOT attached, and essentially litter the sidewalk.
The items need to be disposed of properly, and it is my inclination that leaving them for "free" is an attempt around purchasing trash stickers.
