Sanitation was out at residence today and was unable to pick up cans due to them being overweight.

Residence was written up again today for failure to have stickers attached to bags/cans. Crew also noted that there is even more trash than before.
This is residents third write up since 9/5/2011 for not having stickers on bags/cans.
Sanitation crew issued a violation to resident today for the fourth time since April 11. The violation was issued for failure to place sticker on bags/cans. Residents trash was not picked up as a result.
On 6/8/2011, 6/15/2011, 7/13/2011, and 7/20/2011 resident was written up by Sanitation crew for having a trash can that is too large and/or not providing stickers on bags/cans.
Trash is everywhere. Our staff reported they have written up and they won't comply so now trash is piling up everywhere and animals are getting into it.
On 07/28/2016 we did a courtesy pickup at 1422 15th. The claim was that a couch had been dropped by someone unknown. While there the driver noticed another couch sticking out from behind 1422. That couch is now at the curb with the same unknown person dropped it off claim. The resident refuses to put stickers on the couch.
Sanitation crew was out today and noted that above address had an excessive amount of trash at the curb, none of which was tagged. Crew stated that there were numerous large furniture items as well as several torn open bags of trash.
Resident was written up again today 4/16 for trash being over forty pounds.
