So my rhuematologist submitted a letter stating g my issues s the employees sh do the trash/ recycle CARTS will bri g them back to.my yard/porch sftrvesch pickup. To date this has been done once! I get caretakers who do so for me often but in the event they forget or I do not get one my trash/ recycling carts sit at the road risking causing harm to other motorist if fall over. Which oftentimes happens to I am on a slope/hill. The manager might hold me in lease viol as well!

Hello. I am a Bloomington resident residing at 110 1/2 W 6th St. My apartment entrance is in an alleyway off of 6th between Walnut and College. While this alley has normal amounts of debris, there seem to be many unsafe wires dangling from the various poles and buildings. My main concern is with the alley behind my building. The entrance is off of Walnut between "Btown Diner" and "Samira" restaurants. There is an abundance of trash, grease, vomit, bugs, defecation, and cigarettes throughout the space that causes a repulsive smell and attracts many rodents. This is a very unsanitary environment that workers from the businesses(restaurants especially) on 6th Street take their breaks in. I am not sure the best course of action but I would suggest having the businesses clean their trash bins in addition to having the city power wash the grease and other various fluids off the pavement. I would appreciate a response. Thank you, Ryan

See case #188814. Action does not appear to have been taken. Rat problem is increasing. This dumpster is *regularly* visited by people who do not live in the complex, both those who drive up, dump their trash and then speed away, and also by those who climb into the dumpster and rummage around for food and other *valuables*. The latter leave a mess (as per attached). Is there any way to force the owners to enclose or secure the dumpster so that only tenants have access to it? Management (Parker Rentals) do not seem to care.
