Today was the scheduled trash day for our neigborhood. But nobody on Sussex drive has had their trash collected. Maybe the truck missed our street this morning?

I noticed that one plastic handle of my small gray trash container is broken - I think the pick-up crew may have done it by mistake?? Anyhow, I don't think I broke it. How do I get it mended/replaced??
