Just to follow up on case 172189. Our trash can was never emptied. To re-iterate, truck picked it up this morning, but it didn't empty. 2006 S Sussex.

After my Thursday pick up my trashcan has been left by the Sanitation department knocked over on my driveway. I am writing about this issue because for the past three weeks my trashcan has been left knocked over and I am concerned that it will break or be hit by a car coming down High Street in the morning. If the trashcan is destroyed is it City property that will be replaced? Or, is it my property and I will be forced to purchase a new one? I have not taken a picture, but probably will be able to tomorrow morning. I appreciate that this is not an easy job, but am hoping that more care can be taken to put my trashcan back on my driveway and not in the bushes next to the driveway where the ground is uneven.

The sanitation web page calendar does not show the one day delay in trash pickup due to Christmas and New Years at least for Renwick area. Our trash was n\out all day as a result and would do the same again next week if we didn;t ignore the calendar.

Trash can went missing last Monday 2/6/2022. We have not received any notification about from the city and don't know if the trashcan was stolen or removed by the city. Please advise.

Trash pickup crews left neighborhood trash on my property. Looks like When the neighbor left their trash out, stacked sky high out of their trash cans, some animals must have gotten into it and spread trash everywhere. Please send someone to clean this up, as it is not my trash, my fault, or my responsibility. Thanks.

I was crossing walnut and miller drive light today on my walk signal when a city of Bloomington trash truck nearly ran me over. If I hadn't jumped back in time I would be dead right now. I had the right of way as it was at the crosswalk on the walk signal. They never even slowed down. I am requesting if there is any surveillance of this light if it could be looked at around 12:30pm on 5/27. I was too shook up to get a number or anything from the truck but I feel this is something that should be brought up to the drivers of the truck that they need to look out for legally crossing pedestrians.

A few weeks back I had an issue with my trash can not being emptied. I was contacted and told that it was a "new trainee" problem. Well, today's trash was not emptied fully again, so more training is clearly required. We have 3 extra people living here because of the pandemic, so I can't store trash that the city won't collect.
