Sanitation truck broke our flowerbed by mailbox. Please make this right.
My trash receptacle is cracked on the side. I tried to tape it but it is not holding. Seems like the truck sets is back down on the sidewalk pretty hard at times.
Trash piled up in city bins in the back alley behind 319 N. Lincoln Street. Has not been emptied for nearly a year since the last tenants moved.
Pendragon properties . Cleaning crew at 1040 filled trash cans at these 3 homes and none were picked up today . They filled recycled cans with garbage also .
Re: Report 209409, which you closed. There is still white siding littering the easement just south of the southeast corner of the Hillside/High Street/Moores Pike intersection. You may have to get. out. of. your. car. to see it.
It appears that during the recycle pick up the can make have accidentally caught the underside of our mailbox as it swung upwards to be emptied. Our recycling bin had the round catch bar yanked out and our mailbox and bracket are both deformed.
Instead of putting the trash in the truck, the workers knocked it into our ditch and it’s upside down and full. We don’t have an alternative place to put our trash cans as well as multiple others on the street, so sometimes it can fall in, but they just left it and we pay for this in our utilities so that we don’t have to deal with that. I doubt someone is going to come clean it up, but this is the 7th time this has happened to us and we always clean it up and it’s becoming very frustrating.
Panels of vinyl siding are littering the northeast and southeast corners of the High Street/Hillside/Moores Pike intersection as of 4:30pm 3/19/2026.
The wheel has broken on our recycling bin. We request a replacement wheel.
The damaged trash and recycling bins from previous ownership were taken away early this year, but have not been replaced, per request, with the small-sized trash and recycling bins. Please drop these off at earliest convenience.
