I left my old trashcans on the curb yesterday for them to be taken away. They took my old recycle containers but did not take my old trashcans.

For the past two weeks our trash and recycle have not been picked up, but our neighbors have. We have paid our bill and we have followed all of the rules listed on your website. The only problem I can see is perhaps the trash and recycle cans were too close to each other, but they had been moved (over 4 feet apart from each other) prior to this Monday morning pick up. We would like our things to be taken, and if possible before the next weekly pick up. Thank you!

I found my trash can like this after this morning's pickup. My guess is that it was replaced too close to (or partially in) the road after pickup and it was struck by a vehicle. I also noticed another bin on my block with this same kind of damage.

I own four apartments at 813-819 S Washington through Yukon Properties, LLC. We recently received a notice about trash cans not being timely removed from street side. Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans. Trash bins are blocking the sidewalks for this person in a wheelchair. I saw them try to move the trash bins, but they were instead forced into the roadway. With all of the talk about scooters and ADA accessibility, where is everyone in the discussion for all ADA access? Can you please work to make ADA access better with regards to trash collection?

I was just told that our trash was not out last Friday morning at 6:05AM when your crew came by for our extra trash pick we requested. That is not true. It was out Thursday night and I had to haul it back in at the end of the day Friday. Our trash is always picked up by our garage at the curb on Fess which is where it was. We are on the corner of Fess and University. Maybe your crew did not look on the Fess side of our house.

There is a new garbage can and new recycling can that were delivered WEEKS ago that are sitting on the handicap sidewalk ramp. The garbage cans don't belong to the house (the garbage cans are on the side of the house---they don't belong to that house). Please can someone remove these cans---they don't belong to anyone and are blocking the sidewalk for kids walking to school.
