Persistent issues with loose trash bags (shown in this photo) from Dec. 9, toppled commercial trash bins, large items left on tree plot (the wood pallet has been leaning on that tree in photo for 4 weeks), and encroachments on sidewalk. Trash cans have now remained on the street for almost 1 month. There have been anywhere from 1-5 cans, currently 4-5. They are blocking the sidewalk.
