This lot backs up to Acuff Road. The resident called to say there is brush, old fencing and some debris on the backside of 1150 W. Sugarberry Court (the area near the sidewalk and Acuff Road) that needs to be cleaned up. He thinks the lot is still owned by the developer.

For last three weeks, a lot of trash & glass has been thrown in rain channel running along sidewalk in fron of the house on corner of N Dunn & 20th, blue siding. We are just down from it & with rain coming some is going to be washed down, not sure about all the glass. Tried to inform rental agency, no reply.
