This lot backs up to Acuff Road. The resident called to say there is brush, old fencing and some debris on the backside of 1150 W. Sugarberry Court (the area near the sidewalk and Acuff Road) that needs to be cleaned up. He thinks the lot is still owned by the developer.

Could you folks find out if the HUGE mess that is sitting on the corner of Washington and 3rd which was a necessary by-product of building the transit center (which is just great) will be cleaned up and the surface greened until that corner is purchased for another use? Just a email to me would be fine.
