Hello,
We have reached out before but nothing’s big has been done. Opposite our house is a vacant lot which has a city meter on it. Trash including diapers and an old armchair have been dumped there. It’s been slowly rotting for years. It’s an eye sore and also encourages more dumping in this area. It’s at the corner of w. 12th and N. Oolitic dr.

The property at 1000 E Atwater Ave (currently operating as an illegally zoned fraternity) is also apparently being used as a public urinal. I have seen three separate individuals urinating on the wall of the house that faces our driveway. As tax paying home owners, we would prefer. to see this (or to deal with associated health hazards). Is this not a ticketable offense - public intoxication and/or indecency? Please take action. On behalf of the entire neighborhood of Elm heights, please take action. Thank you.

We are so tired of the on-going issues with the tenants of these properties and the owner who condones this use of his property. Blue party tarps are down, laying in yard. The tenants put these up in the evening and remove them before city personal can see them on Monday morning. Almost daily there are cars parked in the public alley behind the houses. Trash, beer cans, cups and other debris are an ever-present problem. We appreciate the city's effort in noting these issues, but nothing has happened to resolve these problem properties.
