Officer Jeff Alwine left a msg on my phone about trash behind Qiasar Rugs. Tenants have moved out and did not have enough containers for the trash so it is piled up in the alley. Sears and Son will not pick up trash outside the containers.

The property owner or tenant here is throwing his yard waste into the un-used alley. This causes difficulty for those who use the alley for a walking path.
