Resident called in and YELLED at me because he was missed, 950 went back and they said it had to be late set out, because they got the one across the street and his next door neighbor. Resident reports excessive trash buildup and trash strewn across properties at Dollar General and CVS Pharmacy off of South Walnut. Resident has contacted both companies and was told to call the Office of the Mayor.
