When she came back the recycling bins had been put in driveway blocking the drive. never done this before. put back on sidewalk very upset - wanted info on file.

STACKED TRASH UP ON SAT AND PICKUP DAY IS FRIDAY AND ABOUT 20 BAGS OF TRASH OUT FRONT & THERE IS ALSO TRASH IN THE BACK & TRASH BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK. RENTAL IS VACANT RIGHT NOW AND THE BASEMENT IS FULL OF OWNER'S STUFF LIKE 10 REFRIGERATORS & 20 COUCHES - AFRAID IT'S A FIRE HAZARD. MORE STUFF IN THE BACK WITH TARPS COVERING.
