The person in apartment 3 leaves his empty trash cans on the sidewalk for days after pick up. They are still out there. I have not seen him to tell him about it and he is not there when I knock. Please give him a HAND welcome to Bloomington packet and let him know he needs to take his cans off the sidewalk after trash day.

Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. See issue #182770. They just ripped down the citation and left the trash bin on the sidewalk and the bags full of garbage littering the yard. What good is a citation if there is no way to follow up with a fine? These are students who will likely be moving out in a couple months.
