The occupants of this house stand in the doorway smoking cigarettes and when they are done they throw them into the street. I have seen this many times and they take no caution about any pedestrians who are walking on a sidewalk right into the path of a flying lit cigarette. I do not feel comfortable approaching these people. Thank you for checking on this ongoing littering problem.

This time I have included a photo. This is how the sidewalk and gutter has been since I moved here a year ago. Disgusting. Note the cigarettes on the sidewalk as those are the ones thrown from the door with complete disregard for people walking in the public right of way. Previous Ureport is #175706. As a long-time rental tenant at 612 N. Lincoln St., I and the neighbor with whom I share this property have been cited at least twice in the past for garbage/public cleanliness violations. Having come home last night from a weekend out of town, I was shocked to see two enormous bags of trash from my neighbors at 610 N. Lincoln St. strewn across the sidewalk in front of my house and down the alley in between our houses. Upon returning home from a long day of work just a moment ago, I have to express my disgust that nothing's been done about it. For a department that is apparently very diligent, it surprises me that this would go unnoticed and uncited. Please send someone to investigate my complaint and cite them, as you have me.
