Persistent issues with loose trash bags (shown in this photo) from Dec. 9, toppled commercial trash bins, large items left on tree plot (the wood pallet has been leaning on that tree in photo for 4 weeks), and encroachments on sidewalk. All this is on the University St. side of the corner house of 624 S. Fess.

Trash is routinely thrown out front door onto sidewalk. Woman routinely breaks glass and throws objects into street. Trash often remains for days before any cleanup occurs. The address is 617 N. Monroe. This happens throughout the day and night. Often items are thrown into neighbors properties. This situation needs to be addressed by authorities and the rental property owners and management. Situation has been constant since woman moved into home. A directory of rental properties needs to be available for neighbors to report directly to property managers and report ongoing issues. If legitimate complaints are not resolved, citations need to be issued by the proper government agencies.

See issue #182770. They just ripped down the citation and left the trash bin on the sidewalk and the bags full of garbage littering the yard. What good is a citation if there is no way to follow up with a fine? These are students who will likely be moving out in a couple months.

Trash has now been accumulating on the porch for three weeks without being put out for removal. Carts overflowing, plus a big box. Food and other waste, and blowing into nearby yards. One block away I saw a dead rat on sidewalk; don’t want them in this block.

Frat debris on this busy sidewalk sometimes gets picked up mid-week, but there's been the pieces of an entire flat-screen tv there for 2+ weeks now :/ Plus a fair bit of broken bottle glass since this weekend.

Today I've decided to complain about an issue I started regularly noticing months ago. Whoever is now collecting trash &/or recycling on our street, S. Eagleson Av, in the section between 2nd and Sheridon, is routinely dumping the recepticals on their sides on the ground whereever convenient. (See photo) This morning they left my neighor's on the ground blocking the entry way to our common driveway. When I came to move it, I realized they had also broken the lid. Then as I drove south on S.Eagleson, I saw that this was done all the way to Sheridan, where I assume the truck turned. At least half the bins were on their sides, some in the street. I took four photos the whole way, as well as two of my neigbor's receptical- Unfortunately your portal only allows a single photo, but I have all the others. Please address this situation. There is no reason the recepticals can't be placed upright, but at least they should be neither broken nor left on their sides in the street, on a sidewalk or in the entrance to a driveway. Them boys have been throwing out all manner of fragrances and lipstick and I'm sick of it. Collecting there on the sidewalk, causing me to lose focus. It's something what ought to be done about.
