other trash, crews left notice that can was overweight, he says its because the can became filled with water, asap he will drain the can and asks that crews return to pick it up
HIGH GRASS; JUNK PILED 30 FT HIGH IN BACK OF HOUSE. HAS TARPS ON IT AND WATER POOLS AND THERE ARE MOSQUITOS ALL OVER. HAS ALSO SEEN RATS.
SIDE YARD HAS 2 FULL GARBAGE CANS AND SEVERAL BAGS OF TRASH THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR WEEKS. THERE ARE ALSO EMPTY CANS AROUND BACK WITH WATER IN THEM AND COMPLAINTANT IS AFRAID OF MOSQUITOS.

REPORTS SHE HAD SPOKEN WITH HEALTH DEPT LAST WEEK RE: ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR CO & THEIR PRACTICE OF WASHING THEIR ENTIRE FLEET IN BACK OF THIS LOCATION. THIS CREATES STANDING WATER FOR OTHER BUSINESS OWNERS TO HAVE TO WALK THROUGH ; WILL CREATE MOSQUITOS; CHEMICALS INTO GROUNDWATER ETC. PUTTING EMPTY DRUMS OF SOLVENT & /OR OIL NEAR THE DUMPSTER..THESE ARE HAZ MAT TYPES OF MATERIALS. SHE HAS ALSO FOUND MICE IN SOME OF THEIR CONTAINERS.
Exceeds weight limit of 40 pounds NOTE: Too much water
The residents of 324 S. Madison put their trash cans in front of 320 blocking her driveway. The cans are full of water and trash and weigh approximately 150 lbs a piece. Dirk stated that there is also trash behind the garage and down the alleyway at this address. 320 is located at the corner of Prospect and Madison. The owner of 320 is disabled and tried to talk to the people at 324 S. Madison but they would not speak to her. Dirk knocked on the door but no one answered.
There has been a trash can sitting in front of the Free Methodist Church parking lot for 3 months. The can is full of water and tin cans. It is on the corner of Grant/Grimes.
