Apartments next to 320 S. Grant are allowing trash into the yard behind it and the trash container is not enclosed.
garbage on side of house
crews have not been able to get to trash; tired 6/2 but resident pulled trash up to house. there is roadwork in front of house making it impossible for crews to to trash anyway. have forwarded this info onto shelby.
courtesy pickup on 6/2 due to street work blocking her home and us not getting trash picked up.
