Commercial building with rental apartments has a common walkway with a utility closet which is full of trash and smells terrible. Ms Courtney works at one of the commerical offices at 224 N. College. (this would have to be handeled through Title 16. She will have to sign the complaint and provide you access for verification, I guess you will have to call her & explain)

Accummulation of trash behind the house, which can be seen from the alley. Also in same alley going south; junky old Ford truck with hood up has been there for a year.
