Missed pick-up/recycling: Resident states that he was left a notice stating that he's recyling was not sorted, resident insists that his was properly sorted. He states that his beighbors bin was next to his & that theirs was not sorted.

The trash can was full of dog poop. Upon the trash being emptied out of the can, the bottom was full of dog poop, that was runny.
