(Note: This is the fourth time that I have sent this report. Now, the trash has not been taken out for SIX weeks. Again, please help to rectify this issue.) The owner of this renter-occupied building (Tariq Khan) has not taken the garbage out to the curb for pickup in six weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.

(Note: This is the fifth time that I have sent this report. Now, the trash has not been taken out for EIGHT weeks. Animals have started to get into the garbage. Again, please help to rectify this issue and hold the homeowner accountable.) 719 East University Street - people pulled this trash out Sunday 8/4/19 and according to my conversation with the Bloomington Sanitation dept. they have not scheduled a pick up. Please send an inspector over ASAP to begin the ticketing process. It disgusts me that I have to look at this filth for days when me and my neighbors work hard to maintain a nice neighborhood.

There are multiple bags of garbage lying in the front near the sidewalk and some have been ripped open by animals. These have been out there for several days.
