Hello, I’m outside of the country until the end of the month of June. My postal Mail has been stopped. Please respond via email so that i may ask someone local to support me adress whatever issue is occurring that is preventing my trash bin to be picked up two weeks in a row now. Copious trash at stated address. See picture. Normal occurrence at the end of the academic year. Perhaps a pre-emptive friendly end of school year reminder to renters and property management is in order, with elevated fines based on volume or severity of the violation.

I tried to clean up 4 trash bags that were outside of the trash bin. I got three in the bin. One is left over on the curb(Clark St.). I put another bag around it as animals were getting into it.
