Hello, I live at 615 Lincoln. There is an unbelievable amount of disregarded open trash bags and litter, specifically coming from the three houses that surround ours. I understand that these houses are rented by college students. My partner and I are starting a garden for the spring but everyday we are forced to pick up litter that blows into our yard. What can the city do to clean up this neighborhood? Does Bloomington have any laws against such obvious and reoccurring littering? Thank you

Recycling bin stored on sidewalk. Also, large amount of brush blocking sidewalk.

Our neighbors who live at 526 N Lincoln street have had trash piling up around their trash cans for atleast a month and have yet to take their trash out to the curb on trash day. The trash is now spilling out into our yard and is starting to smell. Their back porch is also filled with empty boxes and more trash bags that have yet to be taken out as well.

IU offices in the building to the south, employee called to complain about trash in the south side yard. He said you can see it from the IU property (521) or the alley. Owned by Bryan Rentals.

Complaint of trash on the south side of the house. Piled up and overflowing in cans.
