Has 10+ bags setting out with no stickers. A small refrigerator too. We did take one trash can full of trash that had stickers, that was all taht was stickered. Neighbors are now complaining. I am sure it is a move out.

This is the third time that this residence has been written up for trash related violations since 9-5-2011.
