THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON IN THAT ALLEY AREA BUT THE TRASH MAY OR MAY NOT BE FROM THEM..COULD BE COMING FROM DUNN APTS. MOUNTAINS OF IT INCLUDING A TOILET ETC. AND THEY ARE STILL PILING IT ON.
