I just started renting here and both my trash and recycling containers are broken on top. The lids. So the recycling especially get wet when it rains. Can I get new lids or totes since I just started my own service here?

Homeless people sleeping in the woods across from the residence townhomes. They're making residents feel unsafe and unable to sit on their porches. They're leaving tremendous amounts of trash and human waste in the entire area. Have contacted police multiple times to report the trespassing.
