Rental, it looks like a trash dump. Lots of complaints over last three years. They clean up a little every time then it gets worse every time. It’s too bad you bureaucrats are not elected because no one is ever held accountable. Can I sue the city for not holding up ordinances. Please do something about this once and for all.

missed pick-up/recycling: Puts recycling out in 35 gallon container - was told to put recycle stickers on it - they have stopped picking it up - why? If it can't be picked up then he needs more red recycle containers.
